International Short-Term High School Student Exchange Program between
MENAUL School, Albuquerque, NM, USA
and
LÖWENROT-Gymnasium in St. Leon-Rot near Heidelberg, Germany

Students from St. Leon- Rot will visit their hosts in Albuquerque from April 6 to April 21, 2019, stay with host families, go to regular classes, visit cultural and historic sites such as the Taos Pueblo, the Earthship Community, learn about the American Education system by talking to students at the university and the Native American Collage Academy, and enjoy the great landscape of New Mexico while hiking from the Taos Ski Valley to Williams Lake. Students from Albuquerque will visit their hosts from July 6 to July 21, 2019 and will also stay with host families and go to regular classes. They will visit historic towns and sites in Heidelberg, Strassbourg in France, Speyer, and learn about German life by visiting the Porsche Museum and the financial capital Frankfurt. Students will enjoy nature while riding their bikes and hike in the Black Forest. Please note that there might be some changes in the excursions. The program cost is about $2,000 to $2,300 per student
which includes:
* accommodation with host families
* all meals
* airplane ticket
* local transportation, and
* excursions.
Price does not include:
* insurance and
* pocket money.
